J’ai acheté ce livre un peu par curiosité, un peu parce que j’avais l’impression de tourner en rond avec les habituels contenus de développement personnel. Je ne m’attendais pas à quelque chose d’aussi dense et structuré. Les six parties se complètent vraiment bien, et j’ai été surprise par la clarté des explications, même dans les sections plus techniques comme la TCC ou la lecture du langage corporel. J’ai particulièrement apprécié les exercices, simples mais efficaces, qui m’ont obligée à me confronter à ma propre façon de réfléchir. C’est un livre qui ne ménage pas, mais qui accompagne vraiment. Je le recommande à ceux qui veulent du vrai changement, pas juste des phrases motivantes.

J’ai acheté ce livre un peu par curiosité, sans trop y croire, et franchement, il m’a bluffée.Je pensais trouver un énième manuel de “motivation”, mais pas du tout : ici, tout est structuré, concret et surtout applicable.Chaque partie apporte quelque chose de différent : la section sur l’intelligence émotionnelle m’a ouvert les yeux sur mes réactions, celle sur la force mentale m’a appris à ne plus fuir les obstacles, et la TCC m’a donné des outils simples pour sortir de mes schémas négatifs.Ce que j’aime, c’est que tout s’enchaîne naturellement : on ne lit pas juste des phrases inspirantes, on agit.Depuis que j’ai commencé à appliquer les exercices, j’ai vu des changements dans ma façon de penser, de gérer mes émotions et même dans mes relations.C’est vraiment un guide complet pour évoluer en profondeur, pas un livre qu’on oublie après l’avoir refermé.
