General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of products on the website legrimoireancien.com, operated by Le Grimoire Ancien.

Article 2 - Scope of Application
These GTC apply to all product sales (tarot decks, oracle cards, grimoires, sets, and esoteric accessories) concluded on the legrimoireancien.com website.
Placing an order implies the buyer's full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
Article 3 - Products
The products offered are those listed on legrimoireancien.com, subject to stock availability.
Guaranteed authenticity: All our products are authentic and come directly from official publishers and recognized creators. We do not offer any copies or counterfeits.
Product photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the offered product, particularly concerning colors.
Article 4 - Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros (EUR), all taxes included (TTC).
Le Grimoire Ancien reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
Prices do not include delivery costs, which are charged extra and indicated before the final validation of the order. Please note that we operate under a VAT exemption.
Article 5 - Order
The buyer places an order on the website by following the online process. They must fill in all mandatory fields of the order form.
Validation of the order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of products available for sale.
Any order implies acceptance of these GTC.
A order confirmation email is sent to the buyer after payment validation, summarizing the ordered products, the total amount, and the delivery address.
Article 6 - Payment
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Shop Pay
Security: Payments are secured by SSL encryption. Banking data never passes through our servers and is processed directly by our PCI-DSS certified payment providers.
Payment is due immediately upon order. The order will only be validated after payment confirmation.
Article 7 - Delivery
Delivery zones: We deliver to mainland France, overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM), and major countries worldwide.
Delivery times:
- Mainland France: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch
- DOM-TOM: variable depending on destination
- International: variable depending on the country
Carriers: Colissimo, La Poste, Colis Privé, Amazon Business (depending on destination).
Tracking: An email with the tracking number is sent as soon as the order is dispatched.
Shipping costs: Delivery costs are automatically calculated during the order based on the destination and the weight of the package.
In case of delivery delay, the buyer is invited to contact customer service. If the package is not delivered within 30 days after the scheduled shipping date, the buyer may request cancellation of the order and a refund.
Article 8 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
Return procedure:

- We will provide you with return instructions
- Return the product(s) in their original packaging, in perfect condition
Return costs: Returns are free. We cover the return shipping costs.
Refund: The refund will be made within 14 days following receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as used during the order.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for another, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
Article 9 - Guarantees
Legal guarantee of conformity: In accordance with Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code, products benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the delivery of the goods.
Guarantee against hidden defects: In accordance with Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code, the buyer benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects.

Article 10 - Liability
The products offered comply with current French legislation. Le Grimoire Ancien's liability cannot be invoked in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country in which the products are delivered, which it is the buyer's responsibility to verify.
Le Grimoire Ancien cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in case of stock shortage, product unavailability, force majeure, disruption, or total or partial strike of postal services or means of transport.
Article 11 - Intellectual Property
All elements of the legrimoireancien.com website (texts, images, logos, videos, etc.) are the exclusive property of Le Grimoire Ancien and are protected by copyright.
Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by the Intellectual Property Code.
Article 12 - Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected during the order is necessary for its processing and is intended for Le Grimoire Ancien.
In accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and oppose data concerning you.

Article 13 - Mediation and Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the buyer must first contact Le Grimoire Ancien's customer service to try to find an amicable solution.
