J’aime ce livre .L’écriture est simple et les conseils sont importants.L’auteur explique avec des mots simples compréhensifs et très utiles.
Tout d’abord merci pour l’ouvrage,Il est premièrement important de noter qu’il s’agit de 4 livres en 1 et donc on peut être parfois appeler à revoir des points déjà soulever, cela peut paraître redondant.Pour ma part, la partie « Gérer les questions inappropriées : cinq stratégies élégantes pour y répondre » sont de très bonnes techniques que j’essaie d’employer. Ainsi que le sujet qui suivait avec les petits exercices.D’autre part, même si il s’agit d’un bon livre dans son ensemble avec des points qui peuvent améliorer la conversation.Il faut bien sûr noter que ce livre n’est efficace que dans la mesure où la personne en face est une personne neuro typique , car une partie des « mauvais gestes » sont des gestes normal pour une personne neuroatypique.(cas personnel)De plus, les termes sont trop techniques et n’aide pas vraiment à comprendre comment s’améliorer , ni à visualiser dans certains cas. Des petites images auraient été super pour étayer les propos.Enfin,il y a eu un bref mot pour parler des personnes neuro atypique ou souffrant de troubles cognitifs qui pour ma part laisse à désirer. Essayer d’aider plus ce genre de personne à être plus à l’aise dans le domaine de la communication ou donner des idées seraient un bon point.Merci encore.
